The language department held a a parade around the school during seminar, where students showed off their shoe-box floats and some represented their own cultures Feb. 13. Many students enrolled in a language class were required to create a shoe-box float that represented a certain aspect of their assigned country’s culture. In addition, on each day of International Week, the language department arranged different activities after school as a way to celebrate the different cultures and languages.
