A new bookclub, The Bookworm Society was started by Sanvi Prasad (11). The club aims to provide a welcoming environment where readers can connect over stories and have fun.
“The Bookworm Society is a welcoming space where both avid readers and newcomers can come together to share their love for books,” said Prasad. “We’ll discuss books, play literary-themed games and create a friendly environment to celebrate stories of all kinds.”
The club will meet every 4 to 6 weeks, allowing members plenty of time to read the chosen book. The schedule is very flexible and meetings will be adjusted based on the books length and complexity, to ensure that everyone can participate no matter their reading level.
“Anyone who loves reading or is hoping to dive into it more is welcome here,” Prasad said. “With a variety of books to read and fun games to play, there’s something for everyone at The Bookworm Society.”
