What I did not expect was Sruti’s scope and vision of how to embrace, teach, use and develop AI left me in the dust. I am just so impressed with Sruti’s maturity, leadership and general disposition as an amazingly talented student. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with her this year!

  • Moss is one of the most generous, thoughtful, and kind students I have ever had the pleasure of teaching. No matter who is sitting next to them, Moss is ready to work together, help explain the material, and support and encourage their partners. I had a new student join my classroom and immediately Moss was happy to help them catch up, and did so in the most patient way possible. Moss is also willing to share their thoughts in class and take academic risks. They think deeply and are an excellent example of a student who loves learning. Moss shares this positive attitude with their peers. Moss advocates for their needs and the needs of others. They are reflective and honest with their feedback. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to teach and learn from Moss this year. They are truly a wonderful human.

His intellectual curiosity is a model for other students and makes the classroom a true place of critical thought. Our class is very lucky to have him in it.

  • Katie has served as one of our very first student leaders in the new Knit & Crochet Club. She takes the initiative to start new group projects, attends every meeting that she can, and patiently sits beside newbies (including me) to help teach new stitches and techniques. She’s willing to try new things and takes the lead in our community service projects. We will miss her next year!

  • I see Sage blossoming this semester. Sage is typically quite in class but will stay after class frequently to share personal experiences that relate to what we have been learning in class. Sage is very sweet and I have really enjoyed having them in class.

  • Jacob Winbush is charismatic and outgoing – and genuinely one of the most kind human beings that I have ever known. His smile is infectious, and he cares for all of his friends and classmates across various social circles, teams, and classes. He continually brings a positive attitude to the spaces he enters. Jacob is beloved by staff and will be greatly missed when he is gone. I am so lucky to have been able to teach Jacob. I have learned so much that I can’t name all the ways he has changed my life for the better. I have finally become a fan of football, and can now watch a game with an understanding that I never thought possible for me. He is a natural leader and has the potential to do amazing things in whatever career path he chooses. Don’t ever doubt that you are amazing Jacob Winbush!

Congrats Mary!

  • “Determined, persistent, kind, compassionate, contemplative, reflective, caring, present, considerate, dignified, intentional, collaborative, thoughtful, respectful… and on and on. Over the four years I have known Cindy, she has never once failed to always be all of these, and more, every day, good days and bad. If that’s not exemplary Ram Pride, what is.”
