Guacamole Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing to keep the avocados from turning brown
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice from 4 fresh limes
  • Tortilla chips

Steps

  1. In a bowl, add salt and lime to the minced onion. Let the onion soften in the lime for about 15 minutes. You can do this step the night before and keep in the fridge.
  2. Smash the avocados until they form a paste.
  3. Combine the smashed avocados in a bowl with the onion, lime, ranch and parmesan cheese. Add salt to your prefer taste.
  4. Enjoy the guacamole with friends and family
