Kaylin is one of the hardest workers that I have ever come in contact with and she is always challenging herself to learn more. I have had the opportunity of having Thomas in class for two years in a row and I am so impressed by the growth he has shown during that time. Lienne is an outstanding student and deserves to be honored for her hard work and determination. Collin Clark is the nicest, most thoughtful runner I have ever coached. He genuinely cares about his teammates and his competitors. I've been privileged to enjoy his positive attitude, fist bumps, and smile through four years of high school. I'm proud of all Collin has accomplished as an athlete, but even more proud of the young man he has become.

Sam always makes my class more fun. His good humor, patience, thorough preparation and enthusiasm certainly make the class more rewarding for me and the other students as well. Johnny is a great overall student and leader in the classroom. He comes to each class with a genuine desire to learn and engage in discussions with his peers. Johnny's personality is contagious, and he is able to positively change the mood of those around in.

Athena Vinch is kind, hard-working, and efficient. Like many Ladue students, she juggles a rigorous course load and extracurricular activities, and she does it with a smile and level-head. In the two years I've known Athena, her confidence and leadership have grown immensely. Along with her work ethic, I have no doubt that she will succeed in her goals.

Jeremy is a stellar student who embodies the qualities necessary for success in the science classroom and beyond. He demonstrates superb intelligence, leadership, and citizenship. Jeremy is always willing to assist others and does so with a positive attitude and genuine kindness.

Humble, bright, and compassionate are some of the adjectives that come to my mind when I think of Cindy Wang. Cindy is a trustworthy, dependable and determined student. She is one-of-a-kind and I am very happy that I have had the opportunity to teach Cindy. This is the third year that I have had Cindy in my Spanish class. Carrie should teach a class about what it looks like to be the ideal student. From the moment that she entered my classroom she had a presence that said: Confident, but Inviting, Witty, but Humble, Competitive, but Caring. These are qualities that all humans, let alone Ladue students should aspire to have.

Gil Weiss is intellectually curious, but doesn't take himself too seriously. He dives right in to every discussion, makes insightful connections, and seems to have a perpetually sunny outlook. His willingness to engage deeply in the course material, with his friendly nature and witty comments, make him a joy to have in class.

I am excited to honor K'yani White. It took a matter of seconds for K'yani to impress me with her character, drive and motivation. K'yani is committed to her future, seeking opportunities, both educational and career, that make her a better, stronger individual, but also that help society. K'yani exhibits confidence and authenticity, but tempered kindness to others- she is not afraid to call out injustice...

Adonis comes to class every day ready to learn. He always has a positive attitude, even when the material is new, Adonis tries to accomplish the task. He is a leader and role model for the students around him.

Lauren has an amazing attitude towards any activity we do. She is always smiling and that is contagious throughout the class. Her work ethic is awesome and her effort is second to none. She is a joy to have in class and motivates others to do the same.

Ruth is a brilliantly beautiful soul with the perfect combination of courage and compassion. Ruth will make you laugh and smile within minutes of meeting her. It has been awesome for me to see her grow as a student, as a runner, and as a person this year!

Intelligent, dedicated, and overall a pleasure to be around. Christopher is the kind of kid that makes coming to work at Ladue High School a privilege....

Di is extremely talented, hard working, compassionate, encouraging to others and selfless. She truly is all the characteristics one can hope for in a student all rolled into one individual. I have endless kind words to say about Di, which is why she gets my nomination for Ram Pride this year.
