As the National Football League’s season is coming to a close, the NFL Honors show is about to take place. The NFL Honors is an annual program that is held to highlight the achievements of the season’s best players, as well as review the most memorable moments.
The awards are being hosted by Alec Baldwin this year. The well known, humor-filled actor will be handing out awards as well as reviewing the largest games and plays leading up to the Super Bowl.
The Super Bowl, the last game of the football season, takes place one day after the awards ceremony at 8 p.m. ET. Of course, some of the players may not be able to personally receive their awards because they will be preparing for the Super Bowl. The awards are going to include rookie of the year, most valuable player, defensive player of the year, and coach of the year.
By the end of the ceremony, a truly “football mood” will wrap up one of the most entertaining seasons in history.
