Sophia Liu

Sophia is an amazing kid, plain and simple. If you dig a little into her resume here at LHWHS, you’ll find all the normal boxes checked for your typical hard working, super involved, high achieving student. Though these things are so impressive, I’d like to brag a little about how my interactions and experiences with Sophia will tell a little different story. What really seems to shine brightest these days, in this culture, are the occasions when you get to interact with a young adult who “gets it.” What I mean by this is when you have an interaction with a student who is kind, interpersonal, caring, serving, and who’s heart generally beats for people. Sophia is this kid! Her heart beats for the best of people. I am truly excited to see where she ends up in the next 10 years. Her intelligence, compassion and spirit will bring her success in any avenue. Keep it up Sophia, you’re amazing!
