I was really upset when prom got canceled because I’d been looking forward to it, since freshman year. I also already had my dress picked out and it’s kind of like a big deal for the end of high school, and so it’s sad to lose something that’s that important to everyone. But I guess I wasn’t really surprised. I was expecting it to come, but it was just kind of sad because it was definitely not happening. But I dressed up still, and so did all my friends, and we took individual pictures at our houses. I was still sad but I guess my next thought was, okay at least I hope we still have graduation because that’s even more important, but we are having graduation, for sure. So that’s good.
