The hardest thing about the lockdown so far has been not being able to go anywhere. I can’t play sports, go out to eat, or hang out with friends. Recently, I’ve been staying busy talking with friends on the phone or zoom, doing school work, and spending time with family. Even though the quarantine restricts things that I really want to do, I feel that if I stay positive and go about my day with a positive mindset, I can get through the weeks pretty easily. At first, I was most scared of actually getting the virus. Every little sore throat or slight thing wrong got me really worried about it, because I know that even if I don’t get seriously ill, my family and older relatives might. Now, though, especially since I only have contact with my immediate family, it’s boredom that I’m most scared of. I just try to keep busy to the best of my abilities.
