I’ve been in a kind of weird situation, because I actually moved houses yesterday. So moving trucks and all of the logistics have made it a very long process that COVID probably made a lot worse than it would have been. Saturday we had the moving people come, and they moved all of our cardboard boxes into the garage at my new house. The movers had to wear masks and gloves, and my brother and I weren’t allowed to be anywhere near them, my parents kicked us out of the house for the day. Sunday they took all of our furniture and moved it all over to the new house, and again my brother and I had to leave. Then my parents decided they didn’t want us to stay here at my new house with the movers having touched all of our furniture, so they came and lysoled all of the furniture we had. We lived in our old house, which was completely empty, we slept on the floor and had no food which was kind of an issue, but we made it work. We slept there for two nights, and I did school on the floor– it was a blast. Then yesterday, we decided it was safe to move in because it had been 48 hours, so we figured the lysol probably killed the virus if it was here. So we moved in yesterday, and now setting up and stuff has been complicated. We don’t have all of the furniture we need since we can’t go furniture shopping or anything. We’ve just been setting up with what we’ve got, there’s a lot of random empty spaces. We moved during Coronavirus, it’s been a kinda crazy experience.
