“I saw a Tik Tok of an Italian grandmother making pasta, and it was like a whole family thing and I thought it was really cute. It also made me really hungry, so I decided to learn how to make pasta. I found a recipe on the internet which was pretty helpful. My mom helped me, and making pasta together helped us bond and it was also really fun. It was my first time making pasta from scratch, and it took me around three hours because you have to cut each piece which I didn’t know before. It tasted really good and was actually a lot better than I expected to taste. I thought It would be too soft but the consistency was good. I would definitely make it again.”
