I was the most afraid when we got notified that we will not be coming back to school. It showed the severity of the coronavirus, and made me more anxious. I began to feel upset when upcoming events that I was looking forward to got cancelled. I feel like I’m constantly getting notified about something new getting cancelled which made the feeling worse for me. However, talking to my friends has made me feel much better about the situation. The hardest part of the lock down has been not being able to see my friends. I miss interacting with people outside of my house. Since I’ve had a lot of time on my hands I started to journal. It’s a good outlet for my built up emotions and thoughts. I also tried to paint on a canvas for the first time. Needless to say I am not an artist, but it was still a good way to spend my time.
