Richard did an excellent job in Freshmen PE last semester. From day one, he took the role as the “silent leader”. Richard encouraged others to engage in activities, cheered them on to do their best, and took responsibility to assist with setting up/tearing down equipment (without me asking for help). Congrats Richard! Ram Pride 2022!
