“[The most influential interaction I had with a stranger] was when I was traveling. I met this woman who studied urban planning. She told me how sound could be like “pollution” within a community and I was like ‘oh my gosh, that makes so much sense.’ So now I try to be really be mindful of the sounds and vibes I bring into my room. And even in my life, I tried to use pleasant sounds and I think it’s really helped my mental health.”
